life of a cow: i'd like to see the lifespans quantified, and perhaps it's a good idea to compare a "normal" cow to the factory farmed one. or perhaps an organic milk cow. you can visualize the short life span, increased production vs longer life span and normal production.
on your next chart, the title is wonky -- "produce" should maybe be "production" or similar.
the book is awesome and drives the water vs beef (input vs output) home very strongly. perhaps it's because you're eliminating all other variables and info, so we have to focus hard on those two things. i wonder if the format can more clearly show "input" vs "output" or "effort" vs "result" or similar. kinda like "you pump stuff into a factory, and this is what you get out of it" type thing.
